IT Globally is a young start up Digital IT consultancy company. Our focus as a startup is in providing IT solutions to our European-based customers while striving to deliver a very high-quality service. We identify as being an Online Digital business this of course means working remotely and digitally as this is essential to our business. The head of operations is based in Copenhagen. Our aim is to provide solutions to clients through remote work. To achieve this, we aim to be punctual, professional, and have the necessary experience and skills. What to expect

As an addition to the IT Globally Team you can expect the following:

• A full-time position with 40 working hours per week Monday - Friday.

What we expect

You are expected to be able to work remotely and provide a very high-quality service to the client. Your main jobrole is to fully understand the clients’ challenges, and then provide the solutions to solve those challenges while at the same time being innovative and show initiative in bringing the client value. You will be allocated and matched with one client on long-term projects. Your daily work will be during the client's European office hours, and we expect you to work and be available during this timeframe.

Key skills required

• Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking.
• Having a suitable work environment (chair, table, monitors, webcam, headset, quiet room, etc.) for remote working.
• A strong high-speed internet connection. (very important)
• IT educational background BSC hons degree/ Masters.
• 2-3 years of professional IT work experience (associate to mid-senior level).
• Ability to demonstrate a broad general IT knowledge.
• Experience in minimum 1 programming language (JavaScript, Java, C#, or some other major language).
• A passion for learning new skills.

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with software development lifecycle.
• Experience with integrations.
• Experience with team collaboration and project management.
• Experience with infrastructure work within computing, storage, networking, security, etc.
• Experience with any major platform.
